I loved this anime far more than I expected to. Please no manga spoilers as I've only experienced anime canon. Feel free to explore what being a reversi means for Pete and his relationship with gender.
I've been shipping Oliver/Pete almost since day one. They're roommates and Oliver clearly cares about Pete so much. Not to mention Oliver helping Pete when he discovers he's a reversi and then the moment when they reunite at the end of the season and Pete is crying in Oliver's arms.
